Alien Species: Hroran by BinaryReflex Alien Species: Hroran by BinaryReflex
The original black and white version is created by Scarlet-Harlequin-N, I did the coloring and texturing.
Here's a direct link to the original: [Link]

You should also check out Scarlet-Harlequin-N's World of Hup Site. It describes very well the background of the species, among other things.

Its a really great alien species design, I decided to make it a rather colorful alien, with blue skin and orange-ish details.

Here's the full list of textures I've used:

This is very cool. I do like the colorfullness. This species definitely wouldn't look as lively without that, even with those big adorable eyes.

Thanks, glad you like my decision with making the species colorful, I've been thinking further with their design, the golden orange details would look even more awesome if it were bioluminescent, I'd love to continue working with Scarlet-Harlequin-N with their design.

Again glad you like it ^_^

Very nice. I've got a colorful species myself. Kind of based off Coral reef fish, electric eels and a few land species. They don't have too many details but the colorfulness is the always fun to tinker with.

Nice!  I do like the gold/orange against the blue.  Still trying to figure out the general colors myself of these guys and I believe the main color is meant to be blue.  It just goes with their faces.

Thank you, glad you like it. And yes I do think the facial structure fits with the blue, I was a bit unsure about the golden orange though, but it fits fairly well I think. Choosing colors can be quite the task xD

A task That's for sure. The orange looks good, and I'm sure a lot of diversity exists among them that extreme color differences appear.

Color could be different with gender or age, or as you describe it on your world of Hup site. I must say I'm very intrigued by what I've read about Hup. It's actually very inspiring and it could work for a number of mediums like games, comics, books, etc..
